Kings Park Downtown Revitalization Plan

The Town of Smithtown has released its Draft Comprehensive Master Plan. This document will guide future land use decisions, development projects, and infrastructure investment throughout the Town.

Find out information on how to either register for the Jan. 21, 2021 ZOOM meeting here, or otherwise submit written comments. 

Kings Park residents came out for a series of visioning meetings sponsored by the Kings Park Civic Association and the Kings Park Chamber of Commerce to provide input to Vision Long Island in developing the Kings Park Downtown Revitalization Plan.

A large amount of resident interest and enthusiasm resulted in the completion of the final visioning plan.

The Kings Park Civic Association and Kings Park Chamber of Commerce will present the final document below to the Town of Smithtown.
